“Organic Peacock” is a pressed Yunnan Shu Puer from the “Zuxiang” factory in Pu’er region. The tea is made from large-leaf raw material and holds an official Chinese organic certification. It is pressed into a small cake weighing 150 grams.
This is aged tea has been produced in 2022; the infusion is dense and dark ruby in color. The flavor is dominated by classic woody and nutty tones, with notes of dried fruit and a slight chocolatey bitterness in the aftertaste. It is smooth to drink, without astringency or bitterness.
