A soft relaxing organic oolong tea made in Georgia.
The first infusions are sweet, honeyed and taste almost like a cookie, then a nutty flavor and a slight sourness are revealed.
The taste is constant throughout the brewing. Best suited for the Gongfu Cha method of brewing. Great for cold brewing.
