Long Jing Megruli, a green Georgian tea, is grown in the organic gardens of the village of Tsalenjikha in Samegrelo, Western Georgia.
This tea has a vibrant floral aroma and, when brewed, produces a sweet and slightly tart infusion with notes of fresh grass and honey. Long Jing provides a soft, invigorating effect and is especially good for drinking in the morning and early afternoon.
Pairs well with salty snacks and fruits. It is excellent for brewing in thin-walled teapots, such as a gaiwan.
