Yue Guang Bai, or "Moonlight White", is a white tea made from large-leaf tea material of the same type traditionally used for pu-erh. The leaves are harvested together with tender buds and then slowly withered and dried with minimal processing, preserving the natural structure of the leaf and the tea’s soft character. The dry leaf consists of large leaves with visible silver tips.
When brewed, the tea produces a light, clear liquor. The aroma reveals notes of dry grass and meadow herbs. The taste is smooth and calm, with a gentle sweetness and a light astringency that appears toward the finish, giving the profile more structure. It is a clean, balanced white tea that unfolds gradually and is well suited for a slow, mindful tea session.
