“Moonlight” Organic Yunnan White Tea is a 357-gram pressed cake made from large-leaf tea leaves harvested in the spring of 2024 in Pu'er Region (Nanping Township, Ximao District). The tea is composed of voluminous dark leaves and downy buds from the local tea tree, which, when carefully dried, give the cake its distinctive appearance and dense structure.

The main feature of this tea is its verified organic status. Production is certified according to international organic farming standards in China, the EU, the U.S., and Japan, and bears the ECOCERT and Rainforest Alliance seals. This guarantees strict quality control over the raw material and the absence of chemical pesticides or artificial additives at all stages of cultivation and processing.

Both in its dry form and when brewed, this white tea exhibits a clean, pure, and natural profile: moderately sweet notes of dried herbs, honey, meadow flowers, and dried fruit. Thanks to the large-leaf raw material from Yunnan, the infusion is full-bodied, smooth, and free of harsh astringency. The tea withstands multiple infusions, evolving from fresher floral notes to deeper dried-fruit tones.

This white tea is versatile in character. Thanks to its mild profile, it is equally well-suited for leisurely tea sessions throughout the day as well as for evening relaxation. Furthermore, thanks to high-quality pressing and large leaves, this tea cake has great potential for further aging at home.
