Apple pie! The taste of fall and harvest, a source of mental and physical strength, an existential union of apples and dough. I made this pie for our tea picnic.
What we need
On the way to perfection you will need the following:
Apples - 1 kg
Flour - 170 g
Sugar - 200 g
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Milk - 100 ml
Butter - 30-50 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
Apples - 1 kg
Flour - 170 g
Sugar - 200 g
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Milk - 100 ml
Butter - 30-50 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
Peel apples, cut out the core. Leave a few halves for decoration on top, make deep cuts on them in increments of a few millimeters. Cut the rest of the apples into thin slices.
Beat the eggs and 170 grams of sugar, add the milk and stir. Add the sifted flour, baking powder and cinnamon and mix too.
Stir thinly sliced apples into the dough.
Grease the mold and transfer the dough into it. Then place the remaining sliced apple halves on top. Sprinkle the remaining sugar on top and scatter the butter slices over the surface. I also sprinkled with matcha for tartness.
Bake for 50-60 minutes at 180 degrees.
Wild red tea or GABA red tea goes great with this dish.
Bon ap!
